Quality Group was honoured at European Property Awards on the 24th of October that took place in the Royal Lancaster Hotel for project "Salt Lake City".

The project received "Best Mixed-use Development" honours, competing against a variety of the best property professionals across Europe.
The European property awards is a prestigious organisation that honours the most outstanding properties all over the world. The candidate projects are judged by an independent panel of over 80 industry experts that focus on the design, quality, service, innovation, originality and commitment to sustainability.

Project Salt Lake City consists of 2 towers standing tall at 75 meters with residential, office and commercial use.Salt Lake City is conceived and designed by Fissentzides Architects Studio, based in Nicosia Cyprus.
Following the idea of a "city within a city" Salt Lake City includes approximately 6.000m2 of retail space, 11.00m2 of state-of-the-art office facilities and 19.000m2 of high-end luxury apartments.
Set within a landscaped lifestyle area with intertwining vegetation, pedestrian and cycling pathways as well as water ponds, Salt Lake City will promote a total facelift that brings a new dynamic to the surroundings and the Larnaca district in general.
